Full Service Warehousing & Distribution Warehouse Rentals

We provide complete full service warehousing and distribution services. This contract warehousing service includes computerized inventory and order control, inventory unload, store and load service, safe and secure storage and trucking. We provide trucking on both inbound and outbound inventory. Excellent customer communication and service are maintained. We customize the level and extent of service to meet your requirements. There is no minimum or maximum; there is over 200,000 square feet of secure service area. There is a fenced yard for outdoor storage. We can meet your full service warehousing and distribution storage and transportation needs.

We also rent industrial and commercial warehouse space to tenants looking for either short term (month to month) or long term rental. The buildings are convenient to major roads (one mile from Interstate 75 and Hal Rogers Parkway) with excellent access to and from the property. Each building has multiple covered docks, drive-in doors, tall roof and eaves and excellent lighting. We have special height docks for container freight. The warehouses are ideal for bulk storage of inventory, machines, parts or light manufacturing. Office space is also available for rent.
